Do I put the salt?
When you reading the recipe, usually those salt and sugar are adding it in the beginning of the making of any kinds of the food, or batter, or flour mixture. Salt has many reason you put in the things dry or wet ingredient, not necessarily it was for the taste reason, so if you meant in the ending what would be the only taste on that Fried Zucchini or Fried Eggplant, its the black pepper. Not salt. I am not using the salt in this recipe for the taste.

But still, no matter where me and Eben going to travel, I finding all the raw materials of the food or the ingredient at the market, to take them home or the hotel to make them right there.

With the sour creme, avocado, and those sprout organic, that is one meals with some olive containers. In America, one of those more upper scale of grocery its every town has one looking fine Grocery like Tops, like Wagmans. I may not know where is the Feel Rites those kinds, but as long as there are fresh market, in anywhere America, that kinds of eating, Eben can have the full loads bread ready in 10 mins, we don't have to go out and dining, waiting, waitor tipping, or those meals, costly. One dishes at least 8 dollar used to be in Thai restaurant.

Like Me and Eben Pagan Plans before his conference or Seminar
I am not sure whom goes with him, but let's say, in my suitcase, I bring those Aluminum foil we have in the home setting. Its the dollar store. The birthday plates, the birthday napkin, you seen those fun design, happy things.
We have stainless those kitchen utensil? Or I have those Chinese chopsticks.
I brings some of those tools, including the traveling packs of the knifes.
Let's say Eben's parents be there, or whom he used to know whom else gonna be there. I am around, I buy like 20 baguette, and each baguette, you cut in half, that is one man lunch? Those friends might just pay Eben those ingredient pay costs, and you have all the traveling lunch, dinner, next day breakfast made in the basket.
That is what we used to do in the Retreat. Menton, France. South of ...Nice Airport. Menton is where Albert II, its another country, not French.
So what we used to create, I remember, they put the slice of Apple, if they are vegan, I can just buy one jar of Veganaise, that one whole jar, to 20-30 baguette. Its a basket, they use very small baguette, because France, or Menton their bakery selling those, not like ACE. ACE is bigger, so okay, you do like lunch dinner wrapping up alumnimum foil, They don't have to leave the hotel, they don't have to dine in those expensive restaurant or chef from the hotel....and there are fresh things the apple, the veg, the wash, easy things to make, how long they stay there?
Retreat Stainless Cup - National Emergency
One of the things when I was in the retreat SMCH, they use those Stainless Cup, for the noodle soup, like the instant noodles, you pour the hot water in. And that traveling parts its, it won't break, and you just wash that, and throw anywhere inside the luggage, it is never a pain, not wrapping, not towel, just an utensil cup.
If its driving, we might have those Hot plate? oh ~ you buy loaf of the bread, and you just make those square looking sandwitch, no more baguettes? You can have eggs in it, you can have ham in it. Warm food.
When you say Baguette, its all the cold food you wrap and you take, you run to the airports, when you are waiting there, its one or two sandwitch in your hands, those long hours flight, you will feel differently.
You imagine when you travel, what situation coming up, that is a CUP!

I don't like Tofutti Ham, so I just do, Avocado, Apple Slice, Mayo, and Organic Sprout.
I don't actually what Jewish eats, like Quiche, or some kinds of the Rice? Then I have some fried Zucchini and Eggplant in the container, to tell the Hotel human to heat it up. Sometimes they can do just that.
You prepare the things like, Eben can just one person prepare this seminar, sometimes he be quiet, I run around the hotel staff, those things.
What is SMCH Retreat?
oh~ we practice the meditation, so normally you do that every Sunday, kinda like the Church service, but we meditate. We have daily 2 and half hours meditation. To more recently like last 10 years, she has this point system and the day light meditation hours to maximum you get if you are in the sun, the moon, the star, the water, the tree blessing points, so...lazy human does lazy things in the morning?
Like the methods are similar or exactly the same like Beas (Great Master Sawan Sigh they were), they also have retreat. Its where you have the meditation all day long and run through 2 or 3 days, the International retreat, and SMCH came out to talk to the public that time, every single day her topics has nothing but the kitchen run food, or the SMTV, or the staffs, or we eat or not, those talking.The Loving Hut.
My ears cannot be tired about, how long this Food Service, has to keep talking about the same thing every single day.
You meditate like til they have a schedule, I think there are only 2 meals they provide, you pay them at the desk when you register. You have to have the contact person knowing you coming in, or flying in though. You got initiation and per month, you have to make it to the Center twice per month, for me its driving 2 times per months.
So at those time, retreat, you can join the working team. Most of them would have already expose to the SMTV volunteering works, really. A lot of people doing that. The food team always those older initiate, there are the cleaning teams, or the guards team like the guys, or the IT microphone or the Art team like her background inside the TV screen, those looking things to you, her outfit included.
So at Retreat
You will have your container ready, some has the plastic container and chop stick, but if you have the stainless cup, you throw the spoon and the chopstick in it, when you finish, you wash them at the public water area, if you visit any Asharam, their water area like....how do I describe to you...its the public area. They built like that.
Well, saying were that SMCH she usually at Europe. But the main Asharam are in Taiwan. We are the forest living, their Europe are the hotel, indoor living. Its a little bit different. There is the public bathroom, or the showering places, in Taiwan, it is the tent.
I told you I started 23, I might be more spoiled my life, to say...how I end it up in the tent first time. I was not the first time just getting used to everything called the National Emergency Housing or the warehouse floor...one of those things.
But nick was leading, so I had an accompany. When you started at 23, you could bend a lot more. So later I got adjust it, its every rotton environment I go living in it.

I have the regular meditation seat they used to sell with the higher hand made cushion from them. Taipei Center selling them. Those cushion are thick.
