If you girls, just be diligent start learning all the cooking recipe books as if you really becoming the pro, the flour, the water, the salt, and clean washed green veg. Cared the house, clean the floor tiles...

With your age, reaching to certain time, you can sell yourself out to another guy. Whatever you girls doing right now are not sustainable. You have to feed yourself. Why don't you just learn it so perfection, the guys might hire you occasionally on the holiday seasons, the meat loaf, the Christmas pie....when I did the Farmer's market, you always starting something small. You observe them what they do. 

There are a lot of people does the small food manufacturing....all you girls, if knowing what I see, say, or has seen, I am telling you, you are not clean. Not in the standard of your parents, your sibling has to tolerant you, when you making a business to do the catering out..Well, if you start to plan out like before you turn 40, you will sound like you start early on the Loving Hut business.

That business started in 2007. That is more than a decade's ago. Someone hears nothing but the food manufacturing....What you known of the Vietanese, a lot of them are the food manufacture business, how their cheaper laboring foods, like the vegetarian meat brought to Canada and distribute it. 

There is import, export business...there are tax seasons things. 

Those are people built up the business by business small step every additional steps learning at it. 

You see, when nick comes to Buffalo, where I am, I told him the distribution of the food places at. Like that Green house Lockport direction. The full box of the orange. You know what is "A box of the full Orange"? You show up there, and pack that to go.  

When I was at nicks, he took me to these Italian food distribution, however he could find these Italian whom carried the fruits and vegetable to make a deal. Because we live far from Toronto. There are places or where, he will know how to drive there, and we pick up that grocery by the back door purchasing.

When I join some festival, I can find the home made clothing, very nice fiber and design. If Eben lives at the beach, that is where you show off those clothing? These smaller farmers and environment, you have to have a hobby, and UB was carrying them when I was graduate school or later on. I knew that. Me and nick went all over those smaller farmers to see the opportunities, he likes those business, so we see it in Canada, we see it in Buffalo.
