When you gain weight, you have no reservation to how much you can decrease immediately that weight. Mine situation are different.

I have a very bad situation, so I am adjusting it right now.  But from a couple weeks, I slowly decrease that weight number, I also feeling different. That trajectory its keep going down. 

Its not a whole lot of the weight, but it constantly losing it. You feeling different, your body feeling different, you feeling that is on track, that schedule are on tracks.
