In America, they sell certain Chinese tea, I think its the green Ballerina Tea. Its lexative....Meaning? Their regular pooing methods has to stay on the tea.
I eat lychee or the watermelon, so my going to, also becomes more frequent now. Not just once a day. I increase the intake of the physical fruits. Not just the juice, or just the morning sometimes have the fruits. Now its the lunch or the afternoon I also increase the fruits in take.
