In the hospital, we used to talk about. There are medical equipments. But the hospital have a records system, where if I say the China TV, how those physical store vs the UPS store.....the hospital might have a way how they run this patient profiles in the computer system. Those system are from the IT developement. The inidivdual smaller clinic, will only filed by a simple PC, or by papers.

Some of this might be already replaced about 15 years ago. 

Because the MLS, the library, it was replaced all the cataloging cards !!! Its a system.

Joomla is one of those you almost can say, every department restriction itself, its one types of know system, you know what it is, will separate the entire Campus University internal department layouts, including the hospital system.
