Any educational institution, sounds like you gluing up their walls, you will get a job, or a paycheck in the end. The States school! 

The Wall paint, the garbage collector, including the truck back door.....the swamp, the permit, the community center.....you cannot possibly just owning the entire school, you will end up back there, you are good at something.
