Breakfast (my time) - I losing it down, so 65.30Kg since 2 days ago....so I eat some stuffs.

Fasting, you don't get to the fasting, because your body are mel-function, mel-nutritional. You start on juicing or smoothie. Fruits and veggie.

Washed, not preserved, or artificial, or pesticide? Do you read anything? You only have certain choices in America.
