That process editing to one diagram, WILL NEVER CHANGED. Meaning the China / Taiwan official history its 4000 years. That's it. And it has to go through the publishing....I am not sure you understand, the children literacy....those dictionary to where the toddler's level at, it might be worse or harder to get to those level moving the laws under the Taiwan legistration and both to that Education Department under...one of those 5 Divisions. The American democracy has 3 Division. Taiwan its only small tiny.

China education, or the textbook, to when they say the children all uniform dictionary, starting "the pronociation", you know how Adam Hailey showing you.....the tricks and games, how they learn Chinese?

They WILL never use that book.

That is the proper way of...one day evolving to KK spelling to A, B, C, English proper official ways learning reading and sounding methods. They are Youtubers, not the lawful guidance to whichever...whatever they sell. I cannot see, and no human in Taiwan telling me, and how wrongful and becoming a fool they will ever be, if I just seeiing what they do.

But No one in Taiwan telling me. None. 

That must be very intriguing....

There is one universal book, that is not textbook. Its the Taiwanese Children Kingdom Garden dictionary including the adult use, for starting from the pronunciation the real Mandarin way.  

Its called the Official "Barns & Nobel", Chinese Dictionary. That book CAN NEVER BE CHANGED.
