Usually, you see one human standing, not their Nanny beside.

They both have Nanny growing up. They are trained to do some jobs, not every jobs. They are not supposed to becoming one of those Nazi, or wreckless human. You meant the entire England Kitchen groups failed next by the Entire Mansion personal staffs failing....that is not so correct way saying it. 

Let's see.... each adults it a group of their own. Paper works, speech, representation, air-travel lines....Harry did put Nazi customs. They put in the documentary.
