Research will telling you, its the cancer-inducing substance forming in the high temperature frying procedure, you cannot even stop dirty your kitchen counter....to one meal, too tired, when you frying it the smoke, the steam, the stand on the floor, ....too long, on your period.

And frying food...its just a very very very small tiny, standing a long hour hungry, to deliver, a hot burning sensation to your forehead, to that you feeling the smoke or the oil coming to your face, of that High Temperature, you standing in front of the pan, if your stove its the hood, your are too tall, or no hood at all...so you looking at the oil spils everywhere on the counter top, all around, the later cleaning, to one frying procedure, if you just turn down your fire structure, or move your 4 stove, to more internal stove, you don't spill it the oil on the ground...if marble floor or my house was a dirt, wood....

There is a lot of needie greedie things, if you just be with one women your life, to trying seeing one procedure, to that one meal, if one month...just one month, goodbye the rest of the year on frying one job....food jobs. To eat Steaming the rest of your life.....not the rest of the One Year.
