When you become more confident yourself, a more finer look, a finer personality, the others wants to work with you, IQ wise, EQ wise, your popualrity might be really defining how you failure to giving others a tiny lift in life, you screaming, they owing you WHOLE Life.

So today my losing weight plans are: Not the glutenous Rice Long Cluster rice...nothing but rice, an oily bread inside + eggs.
I have 2 those thin paper made of the bread
As usual I took the yogurt, but the arabic branding show up small tiny, so I got 2 + a small strawberry milk. At home I drink, on the road, I eat everyone 2 yogurts. Its one week this routine how I get fat....
But I walk one extra Tree lane, not far, just one lane, where I breathing 2 Treet lanes on that traffic road, the distance not that extra, just the Tree breathing, and stretching inside the tree branches those are extra.
Today I gonna change my lunch time, and dinner time, so by tomorrow I will see if that weight coming down. One weekend, I want things to stop....
