Shrimp and potato and flour, to fried them balls. I don't really know the fish, but I think shrimps are lighters things to do. In the particular set of culture, like India, their entire menu are filled up potato. So if you process Potato every single day, I used to...nick eat those potato often. Like boil them and mash them. So those chulk can be used to fried the samosa. Indain eating those. The Toronto those Missisagua, where more Indian populate at, their entire community are Samosa shop, they have different style of their pricing.
