If you cannot cut yourself foot, or you bleed? That is probably someone will say that, you use scissor or knife? You could just do that regularly, don't wait til it becomes so big and troublesome, to get rid of the hard skins.
oh~ if you start early on, like how old you start seeing the foot doctor?

There are terrible foot on the internet, horrific !!! How do they get like that, is that infecious looking? Kinda like those Turtle...in the sea.
