Or your meditation HOURs!!

The cloth Babaji ancient Chinese looking saying navy or more bluish…like Buddha one of those near, those royal guards stuffs refers the meditation it’s one hour but lasting 10 mins?

I have tens or not? I didn’t do anything other than on the toilet….
