You don't know what is the overseas Staffs?  Kinda like Embassy ideas, they are the older age going out of the foreigner country. They speak nothing English.

UB you seeing most of these Long Island, or New York City ABC, they immigrant to New York City with the family when they were younger.

For some strangest reasons, all these ABC I met, their accents are all being adjusted like the local "Asian" hearing a particular...way of speaking their English.

Its...odd sound to me, because most American don't speak like that kinds of pronouciation, do they know they doing that on purpose, or they know the normal human don't hear their accent sounds weird? Like an Asian?

The correct way of saying it would be "You going oversea to learn English, how was it? You get used to the local food? The local culture? Psycho college kids uhm?"

"The weather? You getting sick at all? What do you do in your spare time when you are overseas, or you are in a foreign country, do you vote?"
