There is a plastic container, you shred the cabbage style. And then you just shred the carrots. Same things. What do you expect inside the spring roll you eat?
They are Western World guys. You create a full container, that spring roll can always freeze at. You just all dump in and all coming out. Next day its full batch going in the oil, coming out of the oil. I don't really know what you mean the food.....they I am not sure they eating the spring rolls.
But sometimes the guys just seeing unlimited food, they feeling welcome, no matter they eat it down or not. Some mentality. The Spring rolls are the only thing they ever known the Chinese culture. Not the Taiwanese culture. That is Cantonese American cuisine saying Chinese cuisine all together.
