That is called the Restriction access. Meaning their own private page, sharing between that Jonathon and Wing. Lee and Dennis with everyone others, having the internal page, not the public page.

So when Jonathon and Wing has enough, they throw that PDF right to "Us" the internal page, where might be Lee at, or Dennis at, or they exchange their assign access right. They keep their profile to that restriction order. 

Its a login box. Just PDF, there is nothing else in it. They can use that to create their own resume, including their photo update, exactly like a company profile. Those are the public access.
