Yeah, I like these things.

Its fun to watch. 

Correct, those are Taiwanese 蛋餅  I am very sure....you don't whip an egg, in those retreat stainless cup, to put on the pan, and ready for that thin skin, to go on Top, and flip right with your plastic....never use it that to the heating surface, unless you know what you are doing. Those things are not supposed to be used like that, but they create the plastic version.

I use wood. 

Those are plastic rubber, kinds of. You don't have a skill to see where the smoke, or the temperature rising, don't touch it. Just tilted, and get on the board and cut it.
