American a lot of people start working when they were younger, some goes to military, some have to work til they become somebody including that Hollywood. No matter what they all looks like. Just tell them, before they turn 40, or with some times learning some skills they are really good at, if their Granny Order was....permanent, you never allowing coming back to England as the warning.
