He uses that steel...clutch things. He is a chef, he can do that....it will scrap your buttom of that pan. There is a coating on it. 

Back to school recipe.... I don't eat that much anymore, so I might do those boiling some veggie, just lightly, and scoop all of them out with one of those drainer. You don't have to, you can just do what he does and stir fried together.

Its not a big deal for me if treating the guests, those are.....more formal ideas.
