I think its the birds tuning pitches, my entire left hip, pain like a hell these 2 days....I laying down.

Pain pain pain...that behind points to the hip, like I lay down on the right side, the left hip has to go higher, or I need a pillow at the end, to lift up my left legs. So painful. I use these big pieces of painkiller patches to fall asleep.
