With the guys, you just have to be patient to keep educating them, when they grow up and find a right jobs, in their skills and brain IQ don't drop to act right, talk right, manage things right. Like organization of your own desk. One of those.

Sometimes in the guy's world, they don't ask you to handle ALL the situation like Rukawa, just run out of the field, without anyone else around, to saying handling Lalla issue, I do that myself. You don't polite to let's say, my face issues to that one guy in between, it whom share to what faces bad looking.
