The idea of Bacon its thin meat....not a huge matter of meat. But the application its the filling. You can do vegetarian, you can mix with the eggs, vegan has the ground beef, sometimes for the hygenic issues. But bacon its the real meat. I eat those. 

Now I have to blend the meat in the diet. You can still buying the filling as the vegan ground beef, you mix the vegan cheese if they are on the diet. The filling, let's say....I have time, its for the food engineering?

I think just the bacon you can freeze it too. They are thin, the whole package its thin. Some people like me like to engineering a lot of stuffs.
