Laugnza those bacon things and sauces, are very very nice! The reason you engineered that book, or the food process, its to reduce fat, but you hope close to the recipe on the taste.

Some people like at home, harvesting the herbs, do you know how much you use per bottle jar?

So like Oregano, can be done so, to harvest a bush and it is strong taste. I would just write a math book, that explain all the artificial dye or dust in it means...what ingredient and nutritional values represent. Its a math. 

A lot of guys probably finding their own food pretty well, so now on diet?
