At that time, I didn't know it was part of their Vietanese cruisine, why? Because they used to be French colony, you know that right? How it became their language letters?

So this bread is white, but they have something inside, I think...its either in the sandwtich or on the side. Its the white raddish and carrots string cut, to marinate sweet and sour, When you put in the sandwich how they blend the meat or the veg meat, it comes together.

Breakfast

Those hotel has jam and jelly. What I create those Gift bags are just plastic bags, let's say, Muesli +one of those soy yougurt + Blue berry washed + this one grape jam. They have the stainless cup, they can eat those kinda like breakfast things as the afternoon snacks. 

I have eaten the muesli, I think you don't need to cook them. 

I remember the hotel most of them have a fridge, I U-bert that day everything in, Soy Yogurt might be the fastest given out, if they just took it from the Ice Bucket....stack up the gifts wraps.

No, you can eat Muesil like the snack. You eat yogurt blends in it, like a small bowl, or they just cargo the entire soy yugurt flavors everyone gets each, probably takes 2 or 3, they are the guys' stomach. I usually eat 1, that is enough?

The breakfast, I think the hotel has them every room has a breakfast slip to go eating in the morning, but they can take their jam with them, like the grapes, or the orange, or the stawberry. Those things just syrup, but if you blend into the Muesil and the soy yugurt, there are some sweet in it. Like the later afternoon or they are on break, they put stuffs in their mouth?

Yeah, the soy yogurt I fridge it. When the shipment arrive, they put in their own fridge.

They don't have to eat those things, then Eben and me eating some stuffs, I prepare for him. I don't really know what he eats. Maybe he doesn't eat Muesil anymore, just the fruits?

If we have to travel, he probably better eating some stuffs, he has to talk whole day long?

Traveling Dry food ( You don't need the fridge )

Nuts like Macademin nuts + Rasin, that is one of the recipe in that 1900 Raw specialist book Steve Jobs Biography recommand, in that book they have 3 ingredient, with a particular green onion.
