Stretching in the School, like my high school were one of the exercise they taught us to memorize, all the time. So I at least knowing many kinds of the stretching exercise.
Some people have learn ballet when they were younger, or you could imitate what you see on the TV. I used to have some background, my kingdom garden.
You envision what you gonna do after you losing all the weight out, to vola the moment, or to smile arrogantly through the mirror, all your friends fuck-up! Like I start the Vlog ideas with the Weight Program ideas with all of you. You could do that imagining if you do that yourself with another best friends of yours, either neighbors, or family relative, your mom, or your facebook best pal. One human also fine.
